Getting started

Create your space, invite your team, and take your first booking on Fitbord.

This guide walks a new space owner through the first steps on Fitbord.

1. Create your space

A space is your fitness business — a gym, studio, dojo, or wellness center. After signing up, create your space from the dashboard and set its name, address, and opening hours.

2. Invite your team

Fitbord uses hierarchical roles: Owner → Admin → Manager → Coach → Receptionist. Invite staff from your team settings and assign each member the lowest role that lets them do their job.

3. Add members

Add members manually or let them self-register through your customer portal. See Members for details.

4. Sell passes and subscriptions

Create the products members buy — single passes, multi-visit passes, or recurring subscriptions. See Managing your space.
