Managing your space

Your space is the central object in Fitbord. Members, passes, classes, and payments all belong to a space. Owners and managers can manage multiple spaces from one account.

Space settings

Configure your space name, address, opening hours, branding, and the customer portal from your settings.

Passes and subscriptions

• Passes are prepaid credits — a single drop-in or a multi-visit pack that members use up over time.
• Subscriptions are recurring memberships billed on a schedule (for example, monthly unlimited access).

Create and price these from your plans.

Class schedule

Publish a weekly schedule of classes. Members book a spot from the portal, and you see attendance and capacity in real time.
